To secure this service contract, Vestas used its know-how to use all major Senvion platforms, including the MM82-2.05MW, MM92-2.05, 3.XM EBC and 3.XM NES platforms. As the largest provider of multi-fire services to the wind industry, the new agreements will increase the Senvion turbine portfolio in Australia to 287 MW and more than 300 MW across the Asia-Pacific region. The partnership with EDL leads to the unannounced safeguarding of Vestas` first Senvion service contract in Asia, as well as two community-based Senvion sites in Victoria, Australia.

Vestas will provide a long-term contract for Active Output Management 5000 (AOM 5000) for the 35 M140 3.6 MW Senvion turbines to maximize the project`s energy production and provide Nexif Energy with long-term commercial security. Delivery of the service will begin immediately and will include the additional benefits of planned maintenance of the substation, all high-voltage facilities and installation roads. The Lincoln Gap expansion demonstrates Vestas` know-how on the wind turbine brand through our ability to integrate the existing Senvion fleet into our turbines and successfully export them to the grid.
