1. When will my report(s) be delivered?
All reports and charts are emailed within 2-3 working days as PDF files to the email address given at the time the order is placed.
In the event that you order a printed and posted report, you will be charged an additional amount to cover the costs of printing, packing and postage, which will be automatically added to your cart before checkout. Reports and charts will be sent out within 2-3 working days from the date of order via U.K. Royal Mail.
2. How secure are my payments?
All payments are taken using Paypal on a secure server who use SSL technology to keep your information safe. You have the choice of using your credit cards to purchase your orders, or alternatively you can pay using a Paypal account if you have one.

4. What happens if I cant open my report?
If you are unable to open your report, please email info@solarchart.co.uk and arrangements will be made to re-send your order.
5. How do I get a refund?
Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we Solarchart have a strict NO REFUND policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. However, Solarchart Ltd, may at its discretion, provide you with a gift certificate up to the maximum price of any product purchased which can be redeemed against another product in the future. Any gift certificate amount will be shown in the My Account section for all registered users.
6. How do I write a product review?
If you would like to write a review for any of our products, please select the product you wish to review and then click on the write a review button. Please note that you must be logged in as a registered user in order to write a review and all reviews require prior approval before they will be displayed.
7. How do I change my password?
To change your password, simply log-in to your account using the link at the top left of the screen. Then select the My Account link at the top left of the screen. Select Change my account Password and enter your existing password followed by your new password. Confirm your new password again and then click on Submit. Your password will then be changed.
8. How do I change my personal details?
To change any personal details, simply log-in to your account using the link at the top left of the screen. Then select the My Account link at the top left of the screen. Select View or change my account information to change your Name, email address or telephone numbers. Select View or change entries in my address book to change your address information. Please note you are able to store a maximum of 5 addresses in this section.
9. How do I Subscribe/Unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To subscribe or unsubscribe from the newsletter, simply log-in to your account using the link at the top left of the screen. Then select the My Account link at the top left of the screen. Select Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters and then check or uncheck the box accordingly.
10. How do I recommend a friend?
To recommend a friend, click on any product and then at the bottom right hand side of the screen, click on Tell a friend about us then complete your friends details and click on Send.
